Video Technology facilitates five workshops per week in the elementary and middle schools KIDZONE / Finish the Race and Extended Day. Using Mac Editing Computers and DV Cameras, the workshops combine Technology, Math, Art of Filmmaking, Poetry and Social Skill Development. Animation, commercials, Sci-Fi, "short cuts" and short films are the film mediums. Project Coordinator & Mentor Specialist work with 4-6 high school apprentices from YLDC to facilitate the projects.
